At BerryTail.pk, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@berrytail.pk.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: support@berrytail.pk. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
